Training Rules
Do you want to make sure new hires get the targeted and time-sensitive training they need to ensure they start their career strong? Our data shows this group of workers is at the highest risk of injury across industries and as a result, at the highest risk for churn.
What about Managers or Worklete Champions? These groups are meant to lead your workforce in implementing a strong safety culture and in the adoption of the Worklete training methodology, targeted coaching and best practices course can help make that lift easier.
With our new Training Rules feature, you are able to deliver specialized content to these groups and others based on the criteria you choose.
We've built this feature to address the high rate of injury among newly hired employees by keeping the concept of "New Hire Onboarding" as the focus. This allows you to require all new employees in our system to complete any set of courses in your content library as soon as their account is activated. By default, "new hires" are defined as users seen on our system within the last 30 days, but that can be customized to any value.
Here are a few other examples:
-
Veteran employees are among the second highest group of employees at risk of injury, so why not assign and require an additional course as a refresher for all employees that have been with your company longer than 2-3 years? This feature allows for that.
-
Seasonal changes in the environment can create a variety of situations that increase the risk of injury or accident for your employees. Perhaps assigning key courses like Stepping Mechanics or The B.R.A.C.E. can provide valuable tips for your team to approach walking on uneven surfaces or opening trailer doors that may be frozen shut safely and smoothly can provide some preventive support. This feature allows for that.
-
Busy periods that put additional strain on your operation due to high demand can also have the same effect, so perhaps a refresher on how to properly Lift From the Floor, Work Overhead, or Get in or Out of the Cab of the Truck would make sense for all employees to review? This feature allows for that too.
The Learner experience:

The learner experience for training rules shows a banner at the top of the Worklete experience that will include details about the course. As an admin, you are able to choose from a variety of icons to make the training stand out to your employees.
Admin experience: Creating a Training Rule

As a Super Admin of your organization, you (or your Customer Success Manager) can create training rules with a variety of levers. This ensures the appropriate amount of controls is available to tailor the training to your targeted employee group.
Admin Experience: Reports

As a Super Admin, you are able to view reports for training rules currently assigned.
Web-based Roster Management

We understand that some customers may not be able to take full advantage of an HRIS integration with Worklete. While HRIS Integration helps ensure your active employee roster is up-to-date with no need for manual intervention, we still want to make doing business with you as easy as possible, so we've been working on a web-based roster management tool.
This tool allows you to create a new learner, deactivate, and reactivate the learner.
Additional tools, designed for managing a large enterprise roster, be unlocked by your Customer Success Manager as needed.
Create Learners

This sub-feature of Roster Management allows you to input details for a new user and minimize manual errors. Enter the user ID, first and last name, email (optional), and start date (optional), and then select from the existing Job Titles, Locations, and Supervisors we have stored in the system for an easy way to get your new employees onboarded as quickly as possible.
Preview data file upload

We have also built a data feed upload preview tool so that we can parse the uploaded file and present any errors before processing the file.
Real-time completions (beta)
We've heard loud and clear that updated reporting is a strong requirement. We've historically leaned on hourly completion updates, but have been improving to about every 20 minutes over the past 2 years. Now, user completions can be configured so that your employees' course completions can be included in the overall roster completion in a matter of minutes (or less!).
Learner Experience improvements
We've enhanced our learner experience to use on-brand fonts for a more pleasing experience.

Customizable Reporting View - The Supergrid
Sub-teams for a given location have been rolled into one compact grid, making it easier to find your people. Learners are displayed alphabetically, and every column is sortable so that you can see your information the way you want. You can group by any column in the grid, so you can organize learners by supervisor or team if you so choose.
Highlights:
- Save View based on Prefered Variables (Location, Supervisor, Job Function)
- Sort Roster by Alpha-Numeric Order or Course Status
- Perform Bulk-Actions like Group Completions, Password Resets, Promote to Admin, and Champion Nominations
The grid has a variety of additional tools built into it. To learn more about this feature CLICK HERE
Group Course Completions
This feature enables an admin to conduct group training sessions and mark completions for the learners who attend, without the learner having to log in. Learners who share a course assignment and have not completed their current course are eligible to participate in group training. As a result of this feature, we no longer require communications via email or other means to provide individual user course credit. If you do this, it will remove the individual prompts for the user to take their team’s current course.

The Learner Drawer
View historical current and historical details for each learner.
This feature allows you to click on any learner’s first or last name and view relevant details about that learner, such as location and past course history, as well as enabling you to mark their current course complete, reset their password, promote them to admin, and toggle their champion eligibility

New Company Sign-in Flow
Our new Company Sign-In flow enhances the user experience on mobile devices that are not enabled to receive text messaging. This new sign-in step enables push notifications and minimizes the need on these devices for frontline users to sign in and out of the platform on a daily basis.
In most cases, your company name will be a three-letter ID that is assigned by Worklete. The three-letter ID should be entered in the text field above to get the user to the sign-in screen where they can enter either their Mobile Number or User ID and passcode.
To identify your Companies three-letter ID, contact your Customer Success Manager or Support@worklete.com.
If a user is unaware of their Company ID, they can use the HELP ME SIGN IN feature on the login screen.
Tapping the HELP ME SIGN IN will provide the user with various options to help them with whatever issue they may be experiencing, including contacting the Worklete Support Team directly.
All users' unique sign-in credentials (username/mobile number and 4-digit pin) will not be impacted.
