What should I do if the Worklete App does not recognize my phone number?
- If your phone number is not recognized, we may have the wrong phone number listed for you.

I have not received a "Welcome" text message with a link to download the app, what should I do?
- If you are using an iOS device, you may need to filter iMessage messages from unknown senders
- Filtering messages from unknown senders turns off iMessage notifications from senders who aren’t in your contacts and sorts the messages into the Unknown Senders tab in the Messages list.

> Messages.

Turn on Filter Unknown Senders.
Note: You canʼt open any links in a message from an unknown sender until you add the sender to your contacts or reply to the message.

My iOS Redemption Code has already been used, what should I do to access the Worklete App?
- iOS Redemption Codes are one-time use tokens (per Apple ID) used to grant access to download the Worklete Custom App.
- In most cases, when a redemption code has expired, this means the app has likely already been used by your Apple ID.
- To verify that is the case, try searching for the Worklete App on the device using the search feature in the device.
- If the App is not present, you may be able to find the App in your App purchase history on the App Store.
- Open the App Store app on your device.
- Tap the sign-in button
or your photo at the top of the screen.
- Tap Purchased.
- Find the Worklete app that you want to download, then tap the download button

- In order to download the App to the correct device, login to the same Apple account on the device you intend to complete your training on.
- Open the App Store app on the device.
- Tap the sign-in button
or your photo at the top of the screen.
- Tap Purchased.
- Tap "Not on this [device]."
- Find the Worklete app that you want to download, then tap the download button

I get an error message when trying to redeem an iOS code on the App Store with my company device, how can I get access to the app?
- Although the App is managed via the App Store, the Redemption Code is validated through iTunes.
- Therefore, you will need access to iTunes on your company device in order to download the app.
- Redemption codes are unique to the Apple ID which will make the app available to any device linked to that Apple ID.
- To update or re-download the app, you will need to do so via the App Store.
Where can I find the Kiosk Mode PIN# for a device I intend to have multiple users complete their training on?

I was on a Worklete Trial prior to starting the program with my team, how can I get access to my Teams Account?
- First things first, Welcome to Worklete!
- Since you already have the app installed on your device, just log out of your current session and log back in with your phone number. This will ensure you are accessing the appropriate training for your team.
Is there a desktop version of Worklete I can complete my daily training on?
- Worklete's daily lessons are not supported by desktop or Windows Surface.
How much data does the Worklete app use?
- The Worklete app utilizes 1GB per user per month.
What is done with the personal information a user enters and how is it used?
- The data is held in storage in a Google Cloud Server, the personal info is contained with the companies as a whole.
- This data is then aggregated in an anonymized way and used for our Analysis and Algorithms to help further customize the training program around user interaction, injury trends, and tenure.
- The data at this level cannot be linked back to an individual at any organization.
How does the Worklete App interface with my phone?
- The Worklete App is not interfaced with any other app on your phone at this time.
It does however interface with the operating system on the device. - This is specific to utilizing the push notifications and local time of the device.
