Top Performer Alert Example:
A common example of a Top Performer Alert is if a team member consistently completes check-ins or training. We know that consistency is key to building safe habits so, in this example, a manager might receive a Top Performer Alert if their team member has completed their training 4 working days in a row.
If a manager has opted into push notifications, they will receive a push notification when a Top Performer Alert is triggered. Tapping that push notification will take them directly into the Top Performer Alert.
Along with the push notification, managers will also receive a Top Performer Alert card on their today screen. Once the manager has indicated that they will let the top performers know, the Top performer Alert will be cleared from their today screen. The manager will continue to get top performer alerts if the team member continues the positive behavior.
