Requires V1.7.0 or higher
A follow-up request enables managers to request a follow-up with a high risk team member without leaving the Worklete app.
How it works: Manager
Once a manager has opened a high risk alert, they can choose to send a follow-up request directly to the high risk team member. Options include a request to see me, call me, or message me. The manager can then add an additional message to include with the request.
Once the manager has reviewed and confirmed their follow up request, the team member will be notified and the manager will see a confirmation on their high risk alert card that the follow up request has been sent.
Managers can send multiple follow up requests to a team member for a high risk alert and can also review previous requests sent by opening the high risk alert.
To send another request, tap the request another follow-up button and follow the same steps as the first request.
Additional follow-up requests will be shown on the today screen card until the manager resolves the high risk alert.
How it works: Team Member
If the team member has opted into notifications, when a manager sends a follow-up request to the team member, the team member receives a push notification letting them know. Tapping the notification will take the team member directly to the follow-up request where they can see the additional message added by their manager. A follow-up request card will also be added to the team members today screen. If a manager sends multiple follow-up requests, the team member will be able to see all of them on the follow-up request card.
Once reviewed, team members can resolve follow-up requests to remove them from their today screen.
