Penske: Group Sign-Off Feature Details

The NEW group based completion feature will be available to eligible locations in coordination with Area Health & Safety Managers based on pre-defined criteria for each monthly lesson as well as the new intro course.

This means location leaders will be able to show the current Worklete Lesson to a group of associates and receive credit for all of the associates that were in attendance. 

Locations can utilize a projector, TV monitor, or any other technology they may have on hand and have a single associate log-in, play the video, and then narrate the questions and ask the group to answer. A link with a list of associates assigned to the locations sub-team (Trucking, Warehouse, or Office) will be provided that can be checked off electronically and used as an attendance list. 

The associate list will display in alphabetical order with the ability to sort by SSO# as well. 

Once complete, the list can be downloaded by clicking “Generate complete file” and sent to Worklete. Locations can submit multiple files as needed. Worklete will then note that each associate on the list has completed that lesson. The associate will not need to log-in to their own account to complete it themselves. The completion will show on the dashboard within 24 hours. 

This feature can be used for the monthly lesson topic as well as for the new Intro Course. 

If a site leader prefers to use their own tracking format, a separate list of associates then the one Worklete will provide, they are free to do so BUT the format must match Worklete’s, and be saved as a plain-text .csv file (i.e. no Excel formatting).

The completed list must be downloaded and emailed to support@worklete.com 5 business days prior to the end of the month for credit. 

Note that all associates will still have the ability to complete their lessons on through their own Worklete account at any point during the month. So if an associate is out on leave, on the road, or unable to participate in the group lesson for any reason they can still complete the lesson via their own account at any time during the month.
