The Worklete system is based on short courses that build habits and muscle memory over time. Each course consists of an online "theory" and in-person practice. This mixed learning model creates consistent opportunities for learning, practice, and coaching and is proven to be the most effective way to create sustained change.
The Worklete Training Program
Worklete is an ongoing, comprehensive training program designed to teach the core principles of human movement and how they apply to the job. Over time, team members will learn how to default into the strongest possible body positions - no matter what they're tasked with. Each course takes 2 weeks and focuses on the principle of human movement or its job-specific application.
