Worklete Classic: The videos aren’t loading well (they’re choppy or slow to load). What do I do?

Try loading the video in lower resolution. To do this, when the video begins to play, click on the “HD” icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. A menu will appear with options to reduce the resolution of the video.

Select a medium or low setting to help improve the load time and quality.
