Worklete Classic: How do I reset passwords for my team members?

First, make sure you’re in “Admin view” on your profile. 

At the top of the screen click on “People.” This will show you a list of all users you have access to an admin.

Type the name of the person who needs their password reset into the search bar at the top of the page.  

When their name shows up, click on it. A new screen will appear, and you will see three links in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Click on “Reset Password.”
