First, make sure you’re in “Admin view.”
Click on the “Teams” tab at the of the screen.
Next, find the team name in the list of teams in the center of the page. You can also search in the search bar if you know the team’s name. When you’ve found it, click on the team’s name.
You will now see 2 green buttons in the top right-hand corner:
If the person you’re adding already has an account, click on “Assign people to this team.” Find the person’s name in the list, click the checkbox to the left of their name, then click the “Assign” button at the bottom.
If the person you are adding does NOT already have an account, click on “Add a new person to this team.” You will be prompted to create an account for the person.
