In general, it takes an average customer about 6 months before they reach the end of their unique, job-specific lessons. After that point, these same lessons will be repeated along with any potential additions our team created in the meantime.

Our goal is to help the average person improve their movement mechanics so that they are able to greatly reduce their risk of injury. We are able to achieve that goal by teaching the fundamentals of strong human movement and creating a framework for consistent practice.

Think about it this way, you can watch your favorite quarterback throw the ball every Sunday, but that won’t suddenly give you the ability to drop dimes in the endzone. You have to practice!

The best athletes in the world aren’t just studying film. They are practicing every single day, mastering their skills and putting their game plan into action. Strong movement is no different! Once you have completed the online portion (film session) it’s important to get some practice in so that when it’s game time, you have put in the preparation to go home with the Win.

Why does practicing make such a big difference? It’s all about how humans learn best.

• Passive learning, through audio-visual or live demonstrations are a great way to deliver the message, but only has an average retention rate of 20%-30%
• Participatory learning, through group practice and teaching others, is even more effective, achieving an average retention rate of 75%-90%

Pro athletes make it look easy to go out every game and perform at such a high level. The best hitters in the big leagues regularly go to batting practice, hitting hundreds of balls, perfecting their swing so that when the lights are on, they can go out and make it look effortless. That’s why we need to practice strong movement every two weeks!

Consistent practice, repetition after repetition is how you master any skill or movement in life.

Football legend, Don Hutson said it best, “For every pass I caught in a game, I caught a thousand in practice”
