If your browser is up to date and browser history and cache have already been cleared, the blank screen may be due to one of the following reasons:
- A missing or undefined Job Title in your companies HRIS system: Worklete integrates with your company's HRIS (HR) system to assign relevant content to your account based on what you do at work on a daily basis. If your account is missing your current location and/or job title, you will not be assigned courses and see a blank screen when you login. If your current job title does not reflect the specified list of job titles your company has indicated should receive Worklete training content, you will not be assigned courses and see a blank screen when you log in. In either case, contact your management team to ensure that your HR system has your up-to-date information. Once updated, our system will reflect the change within 48 hours.
- Your team is inactive: If your team is new or not designated to receive Worklete Training content by your company, you will not be assigned courses and thus see a blank screen when you log in. In this case, contact your management team to assess when your Worklete training will begin.
