The Worklete system is based on short modules that build habits and muscle memory over time. Each module consists of online “theory" and in-person practice. This mixed learning model creates consistent opportunities for learning, practice, and coaching which is proven to be the most effective way to create sustained change.
After you complete the Basics, you will continue to receive a new course assignment every two weeks to help ensure you have the ongoing structure to practice your new and improved movement mechanics.
The bi-weekly cadence allows your body to build the muscle memory necessary to ensure the positions your body defaults to while performing the task at hand are the strongest and safest positions available to you in any setting.
