What is the Course Library? – WORKLETE

The Worklete Course Library is where all Course videos are kept. They are only accessible by Admins.

Only admins can access the Course Library.

Who can grant me Admin Access?

Currently, Admin Access requests must be sent to support@worklete.com for approval.

How do I access the Course Library?
To access the Course Library, click the “View Courses” button or the Course Library link in the upper navigation bar.

Can non-Admins access and complete the assigned courses from the Course Library?
No.

Can Admins assign courses from the Course Library?
No. Courses cannot be assigned to anyone from the Course Library.

When can I access courses from the Course Library?
Admins can access courses from the Course Library at any time.

What courses will Admins have access to in the Course Library?

The Course Library contains all courses available to a company based on the job functions contracted to participate in the Worklete Program.

When do courses appear in the Course Library?

Once a user is granted Admin access, all relevant courses will be available in the Course Library.
Course may be added over time as new and applicable courses are created by Worklete.

Will Admins in the same company see different courses in the Course Library?

Courses that appear in the Course Library are the same for all Admins in the same company.

Can learners access assigned courses from the Course Library?
No. Courses are assigned by the system and appear on the learner page one at a time.
