What does a red circle with a number in the Admin Dashboard mean?

The red circle indicates that there are Basics courses that need to be completed. The number inside the red circle indicates how many Basics courses are yet to be completed.

Once in the Industry Specific courses, the red circle and number of courses remaining will no longer appear.
