What is the Worklete Score?
The Worklete Score is a performance metric that you can use to see how your team is performing over time.
How is the Worklete Score calculated?
The Worklete score is your team's average completion percentage for each course over the prior 10 weeks. At the end of every course we keep track of what percentage of your team completed their training. We take the % complete for the last 10 weeks, and average them together to get the Worklete Score.
What do the names Participant, Bronze, Silver and Gold mean?
These titles are rankings based on the Worklete Score percentage. Each tier represents a higher completion percentage. (This ranking scale is also listed on the dashboard).
When will the Worklete Score appear on my dashboard?
The new Worklete Score will appear on the reporting dashboard on October 1st, 2018. Please let us know if you have any questions in the meantime at: support@worklete.com.
Where will the Worklete score appear?
Your Worklete Score will appear on the top of your dashboard.
What is the "Current Course Completion?"
The "Current Course Completion" provides completion information on the current course. It provides the team's completion percentage for the current course as well as the headcount, e.g. 48 out of 54 learners have completed the current course for a completion average of 88%.
What is the "Course Completion by Date?"
“Course Completion by Date” is the course completion average over the previous 10 weeks. You can see team Course Completion percentages at various points in time over the last 10 weeks.
If a team is new, do they receive a Worklete Score?
If a team is new to the Worklete program, they will receive the ranking of "New Recruits" for the first 2 weeks. Once they have completed a lesson, they will receive a Worklete Score.
How can I improve my Worklete Score?
You can improve your Worklete Score by ensuring that teams are completing courses in a consistent manner. If your team scores 90-100% for 10 weeks in a row, they will earn the "Gold" ranking. When the current course ends, that score will move into the Worklete Score.
Does the Worklete Score take into account my current course?
The Worklete Score only accounts for the previous 10-weeks leading up to the current course assignment. It does not factor in the Current Course completion average %.
What if my report does not show me the teams or areas that I need?
If your reports do not show you the information you need, please send an email to: support@worklete.com.
Do the reports sort by Worklete Score or by the Current Course Completion?
Reports are sorted by the Worklete Score and NOT the Current Course Completion. In other words, the teams that appear at the top of reports have the highest Worklete Score.
My teams are in a constant state of flux. We may lose three team members and gain 3 team members. How will this affect our Worklete Score?
The Worklete Score is generated by activities by current members. It is a constant rolling average over the previous 10 weeks for all team members. Newly added members won't have an effect on the team Worklete Score until they have completed a course.
How does one in the Basics or Basics Condensed affect the Worklete Score?
The Worklete Score takes into account any/all courses assigned to learners. As long as learners complete the CURRENT COURSE they are assigned, their completion will improve their team's Worklete Score.
