As an admin, it's your job to ensure that your team members get the training they need to stay injury free through their completion of the online training courses and in-person practice sessions. You can help out by monitoring your team's completion rates and providing motivation and encouragement to team members that need it most.
Consistency is key. This builds muscle memory, habits, and mindfulness.
New training courses are released every 2 weeks. Courses are made available on Friday afternoons and are due in 2 weeks on Sunday mornings.
Ideally, team members complete the online training course within the 1st week it's assigned. This prepares them for practice during the second week. Practice sessions should be lead by certified Worklete Champions. Each lesson comes with printable resources including photo guides, common faults documents, and detailed practice lesson plans.
