The Learner Drawer

The October 31st, 2022 Worklete upgrades include expanded reporting on individual learners, to enable you to more easily check on the progress of your learners. To see expanded learner information, navigate to the reporting grid under the “Course Completion” heading in the dashboard, and click on any learner’s first or last name.

This will open a drawer with details about that learner, including team information, email, and complete history of their past 9 courses. There are also actions available that can be performed on the selected learner; from this drawer, you can promote the learner to admin, reset their password, toggle their champion eligibility, mark their current course as complete, and send them an email from your default email client.

The “Promote to Admin” and “Mark Course Complete” features will need to be enabled by your Worklete CSM; please reach out to us if you feel that these features are helpful to you and your team.
