The Supergrid

The October 31st, 2022 Worklete upgrades include the ability the introduction of the Supergrid as our new reporting view.

Sub-teams for a given location have been rolled into one compact grid, making it easier to find your people. Learners are displayed alphabetically, and every column is sortable so that you can see your information the way you want. You can group by any column in the grid, so you can organize learners by supervisor or team if you so choose.

Bulk Actions in the Supergrid

In addition, you can now perform bulk actions on learners in a given team. To use bulk actions, navigate to the reporting grid under the “Course Completion” heading in the dashboard. Select users the same way you would select multiple emails in your email inbox; hold shift or command/option on your keyboard and click the desired users and then click the “Bulk Actions” button in the toolbar of the reporting grid. 

This will open a drawer that displays the selected learners, as well as a selection of actions. For a selection of learners, you can now mark their current course as complete, reset their password, and promote them to admin.

“Mark current course complete” and “promote to admin” functionality must be enabled for your organization by your Worklete CSM; please contact us if you feel these tools would be helpful to you and your team.

The grid has a variety of additional features as well:

• Search, column grouping, filtering, and exporting of data
• Stored grouping and pagination settings to keep your view consistent every time you visit
