The October 31st, 2022 Worklete upgrades include a group training gateway. Many teams like to complete their training in a group setting, and this gateway enables an admin to mark learners complete.
To conduct a group training session, navigate to the reporting grid under the “Course Completion” heading in the dashboard, and click on the “Group Training” button in the toolbar of the grid.
This will open a drawer and prompt you to select the course you will be taking from a drop-down menu. This menu is populated with all of the courses currently assigned to a given team; selecting a course will display a list of learners on the team who have the selected course assigned to them, but have not yet completed it. Use the checkboxes to select the learners that are present with you at the time of training, and click the “Start Course” button. You will be navigated to the selected course, and all attendees will be marked as having completed the training.
If the course was credited in error, there is a button in the learner drawer to reset a learner's current course results.
